Getting Started

MyHappyStreet is a free-to-enter prize draw and rewards platform for UK residents. Every day you can enter draws to win cash prizes, build your personal Reward Pot, and complete offers from our retail partners — all for free.

Yes, completely. We will never ask you for money to play. MyHappyStreet earns a commission from retail partners when you complete offers — that is how we fund the prizes. You never pay a penny.

You must be 18 or over and live in the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland). One account per person — duplicate accounts will be disqualified.

No. We will never sell your personal data unless you have explicitly told us we can. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

The Draws

MyHappyStreet runs a main draw and a Lucky Street draw. Both are free to enter for all registered members. We send two emails a day — one for the morning draw result and one for the afternoon draw result — so you always know if your street has been selected. You can opt out of these emails at any time.

Each draw window is 24 hours. If you do not claim your prize within that window, you forfeit it. The main draw prize then rolls over to the following day. Draw times may change from time to time but the 24-hour claim window always applies.

You will not be entered into the draw running on the day you register. You are entered from the following day.

Yes. To claim a street prize or pop prize you must have completed at least one offer or freebie in the last 60 days.

Your Reward Pot

Your Reward Pot is a personal balance that grows every time you visit the site and complete eligible offers. It is yours — it carries over from day to day and does not reset.

Your pot grows in two ways:

  • Daily visits — a cash bonus is added to your pot every day you visit, based on your current streak level.
  • Completing offers — eligible tasks in the Level Programme may also add amounts to your pot.

Your Reward Pot can only be claimed when your street wins the draw. When that happens, your pot balance is added to the street prize and paid out together. There is no other way to claim it.

Your pot carries over unchanged. It keeps growing with each visit until your street wins.

Yes. MyHappyStreet reserves the right to change the bonus amounts added per visit at any time. We will always communicate any changes via the website or email.

Daily Streaks

Your streak is the number of consecutive days you have visited MyHappyStreet. The higher your streak, the more is added to your Reward Pot each day you visit.

Missing one or two days is fine. If you miss 3 consecutive days, your streak drops by 1 and your pot reduces by one day's visit bonus. This repeats every 3 days you remain absent, so it pays to keep visiting.

No. If you stop visiting for a long period, your streak and pot will continue to decline. There is no protected floor.

The Level Programme

The Level Programme gives you access to offers and tasks from our retail partners. Completing a task at each level may add an amount to your Reward Pot. You only need to complete one task per level — you choose which one.

The programme cycles continuously — there is no final level. Once you complete the current set of levels, the programme continues and presents you with offers from the beginning again. It never ends.

Each offer is set by the individual retailer, who decides whether to approve it. Common reasons for rejection include not being a new customer, not meeting a minimum spend, or not following the offer's specific instructions. Always read the offer terms before completing a task. If a task is rejected, MyHappyStreet is not responsible.

Cashback — What Has Changed

The MyHappyStreet cashback programme has been retired. We have moved to a Reward Pot model, where your daily visits and completed offers build a personal pot that pays out when your street wins the draw.

Yes, absolutely. Your MyHappyStreet account is still active and you can continue visiting the site, entering the draws, and building your Reward Pot exactly as before.

Yes. If you were partway through the cashback programme, you can still access the legacy cashback site to complete your remaining levels and claim any eligible balance. Access to the legacy site is available to existing cashback users only — it is not open to new registrations. If you have not yet received details of how to access it, please contact us at max@myhappystreet.co.uk.

Where cashback was validly earned under the previous programme, MyHappyStreet will use reasonable efforts to honour eligible balances via the legacy site, subject to fraud checks, advertiser validation, and account verification. If you have a query about a specific balance, please contact us at max@myhappystreet.co.uk.

We have no plans to reintroduce cashback. The Reward Pot is our rewards model going forward.

Payments and Winnings

Winnings are paid via PayPal to the email address registered on your account. Please make sure your PayPal email is up to date. If you do not have PayPal, we can issue an Amazon e-voucher as an alternative. We do not make direct bank transfers.

Log in and visit My Account to update your email address and PayPal details. It is your responsibility to keep these up to date.
