You'll need to be 18 to enter and have a UK postcode. All we ask is that you check the draws personally and keep them to one entry per person.

By continuing to browse the MyHappyStreet website and use it to get money in return for reviews, you are automatically entering into an agreement to comply with our terms and conditions of use. Our terms and conditions work with our privacy and cookies policies and form the basis of your use of our website. To use MyHappyStreet you must be over 18 years of age or older and live in the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland), this applies to registered users. If you do not agree with our terms and conditions, you should not use the MyHappyStreet website.

By creating an account on MyHappyStreet you are able to enter our competitions and draws that are available throughout our website.
Confidential Account Information
All account information is confidential as maintained by our online security and should never be disclosed to anyone else. If you suspect your account has been compromised or you believe someone else has access to your account you must notify us at this email address: admin@myhappystreet.co.uk.
By using MyHappyStreet you accept that any published content that you enter onto the website is your responsibility and therefore you must have permission to upload it.
Should a user amend their personal details (e.g. birth date, email address, name etc.) during a draw they might have their submission declared void if it is found to be an attempt at misuse, manipulation or relates to disobeying the rules and conditions as set out in the MyHappyStreet terms of use.
PayPal
All users of MyHappyStreet should preferably have a valid PayPal email address in order to redeem their winnings. Alternatively, we can send you an Amazon E-Voucher. We prefer not to do direct transfers as we do not want your banking details. For further information, visit our rules page here.
Multiple Accounts
If we believe that any user has opened multiple accounts operated by one, single person, we hold the right to terminate that person’s account(s) and remove them from any competitions or draws held on our website, therefore disqualifying their ability to receive any winnings.
MyHappyStreet Draws
Any draw on the MyHappyStreet websites are free draws and are not licensable betting services. They are also unregulated by the Gambling Commission. By entering into claim the money for a review you agree that you cannot appeal to any third party should there be a dispute. The agreement you are entering is set out between yourself and MyHappyStreet, there is no other third party in that agreement.
All MyHappyStreet draws will be conducted as detailed in each relevant section of the rules and you must, therefore, agree to read each section of the rules carefully before participating in any MyHappyStreet draw.

Disputes and Disagreements
Should there be any disputes as to the draw winner, any decision making will be made by MyHappyStreet and by no one else. MyHappyStreet will not have the responsibility to correspond with any user relating to said dispute or disagreement.
Draw Winners
Should you win a draw on MyHappyStreet you must agree to claim your winnings within the timelines set out in the rules. By agreeing to enter into a MyHappyStreet draw, you agree to forfeit your right to any cash you might win but do not claim within that said timeline.
Winners will be paid via PayPal within 14 days of their streets being selected in any of our draws. Should you not have a PayPal account, we will send you an Amazon e-Voucher instead.
Multiple Entries
You agree to only enter a draw once at a time. Multiple entries by a single user will be declared null and void by MyHappyStreet.
Intellectual Property
MyHappyStreet owns all intellectual property rights on our website and all property rights are reserved. You do not hold the right to transfer any intellectual property rights from the website (MyHappyStreet) to you or declare any right over the property rights which are solely licensed and owned by MyHappyStreet.
Should you upload any material to the MyHappyStreet website, you grant us all Intellectual Property Rights royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual and irrevocable with a worldwide license to use it in any way we see fit.
Users are allowed to download and view MyHappyStreet web pages for caching only. Users are also allowed to print pages from the website solely for their own personal use but subject to restrictions as detailed in our terms and conditions. Should you wish to use our website material for commercial use, you may only reproduce or copy material if you obtain a license or agreement from MyHappyStreet. Should you print any MyHappyStreet materials or download digital copies of pages then they must not be modified in any way, shape or form including using any graphics, photographs, videos, illustrations or audio recordings in a separate manner from text relating to such materials.
Users are prohibited from republishing any MyHappyStreet material (including republishing material on another website). Neither may users sell material, rent out material or sub-license material from MyHappyStreet to any other website or on any other public domain. In acceptance of our terms and conditions of website use, you immediately consent to receive communications or notices relating to our terms and conditions of website use. This may be via e-mail communication or website. All communications, therefore, should be considered written communication.
Applicable Law
Prior to your entry into any of the draws on the MyHappyStreet website, you must agree to read all relevant rules of the draws to familiarise yourself with how the draws operate. You also agree that in the event of any dispute relating to a draw winner, MyHappyStreet has the sole right and authority to decide the winner (if any). You also agree that MyHappyStreet is under no obligation, therefore, to enter into correspondence with users relating to disputes or disagreements.
There is a limited timeline for winners to claim their winnings and when users enter into the MyHappyStreet draws, you agree that you acknowledge you will forfeit claim to a winning you may be entitled to if you fail to claim it within the designated timeline. Should any user submit more than one entry into a single draw, either in error or on purpose, MyHappyStreet reserves the right to remove all entries and declare their entries as void.
While our website is accessible outside the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland in other jurisdictions, it does not mean that any service or product offered is for sale or available outside of the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland. In using our website and in any event of a dispute arising out of your use of our website, any rules and regulations and terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales. Courts of the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland therefore have exclusive jurisdiction.
Specific draws on our official website offer users a limited window of opportunity in which they may enter and possibly win the prize money. By entering such a draw, you categorically acknowledge that you will forfeit your right to any prize money that you may become entitled to, but subsequently fail to claim, during the relevant window.
Our e-Card Draw offers users the opportunity to win the pot only if they had sent an email during the last 14 days. They are then eligible to claim the prize money. No exceptions will be made. Prize money will be paid into a user's PayPal account, as per the other draws. Alternatively, an Amazon e-Voucher will be sent to the winners.
Our POP Draw offers users the opportunity to win a daily prize of £10. The icon will appear in random places and at random times on our site. They appear to individual users - not to everyone browsing the site. When a user spots the icon and clicks on it, they are eligible to claim their £10 which will be paid via PayPal within 14 days. The first user to spot and claim the POP Draw is considered the daily winner. If you do not spot the icon on our website, consider yourself too late for the day. No exceptions will be made.
