MyHappyStreet is free to enter, and we will never sell your data unless you tell us we can. You must be over 18 to enter. You can see whether your street has been selected. We will send you two emails a day from MyHappyStreet with the streets that have been selected — one for the morning draw and one for the afternoon draw. You can opt out of this at any time.

You'll need to be 18 to enter and have a UK postcode. All we ask is that you check the draws personally and keep them to one entry per person. By playing, you accept the full terms and conditions below.

We wish to welcome you to MyHappyStreet but ask that you read our terms and conditions before you enter to win. By continuing to browse the MyHappyStreet website, you are automatically entering into an agreement to comply with our terms and conditions of use.

Our terms and conditions work with our privacy and cookies policies and form the basis of your use of our website.

To use MyHappyStreet, you must be over 18 years of age or older and live in the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland). If you do not agree with our terms and conditions, you should not use the MyHappyStreet website.

Please note that the MyHappyStreet terms and conditions are the conditions under which you may use and access our website, whether as a registered user or as a guest, and the terms and conditions govern our entire website, how you use it, and what you agree to when accessing our website.

  • IP (Intellectual Property): Refers to all creative work related to MyHappyStreet, treated as an asset, including trademarks, copyrights, patents, and design rights.
  • Website: Refers to MyHappyStreet (myhappystreet.co.uk) and includes any notifications, such as emails, you have subscribed to.
  • Reward Pot: A personal accumulation of bonus funds credited to a member's account through daily visits and completed tasks. The Reward Pot pays out when the member's street wins the draw.
  • Daily Streak: The number of consecutive days a member has visited the site. Streak level determines the daily visit bonus added to the Reward Pot.
  • Participating Retailers (or Advertisers): Third-party providers of goods, services, or tasks listed on MyHappyStreet whose offers members can complete to add amounts to their Reward Pot.
  • Level: A tier within the MyHappyStreet Level Programme where members can find tasks and offers to complete. Members need to complete only one task per Level.
  • Locked Level: A Level that has not yet been unlocked and is not available to complete.
  • Task: An action within a Level that a member can complete. Members need to complete only one task per Level.
  • Completed Task: A task that has been clicked on through the link on MyHappyStreet, tracked, and approved by the Participating Retailer. This also includes tasks manually approved upon receipt of satisfactory evidence of full completion.
  • Pending: A task that has been completed and is awaiting final review by the Participating Retailer. This can take up to 15 days.
  • Rejected Task: A task that has been tracked but then rejected by the Participating Retailer for not meeting all of the terms and conditions.
  • Proof of ID: Occasionally requested proof of identity as part of fraud checks, which must match the account information.
  • Transaction: The actions taken by a member to complete a task, e.g., visiting a Participating Retailer's website to make a purchase or sign up for a free trial.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Any substantive changes will be effective from the date posted on the website. Registered users will be notified of such changes via email or through the website messaging system. By continuing to use the website after changes are posted, you agree to the updated terms. It is recommended that you check the terms and conditions each time you visit the website to stay up-to-date.

This website is free of charge and available to all members of the UK public, including those in Northern Ireland. We cannot guarantee that the website will be continually available or completely uninterrupted. MyHappyStreet reserves the right to suspend, withdraw, discontinue, or change any aspect of the website without notice. We are not liable for users' inability to access or use our website or if there is an interruption to use for any reason.

By creating an account on MyHappyStreet, you can enter our competitions and draws available throughout the website. All account information is confidential and should not be disclosed to others. If you suspect your account has been compromised, notify us at max@myhappystreet.co.uk.

If you create a user account, it is your responsibility to keep its details valid and up-to-date. MyHappyStreet is not liable for any failure to update your profile details. You are responsible for any content you publish or display on the website and must ensure you have the right to upload such content. Users are prohibited from opening multiple accounts or submitting multiple entries to a single draw. MyHappyStreet reserves the right to terminate such accounts and void their entries.

All users of MyHappyStreet should preferably have a valid PayPal email address to redeem their winnings. Alternatively, we can send you an Amazon E-Voucher. We prefer not to do direct transfers as we do not want your banking details.

9.1 Your Reward Pot

  • Every day you visit MyHappyStreet, a cash amount is added to your personal Reward Pot.
  • The amount added per visit depends on your current streak level: £5.00 per visit for days 1–20; £2.50 per visit for days 21–40; £1.00 per visit from day 41 onwards. These amounts are indicative and MyHappyStreet reserves the right to change tier bonus amounts at any time. Changes will be communicated via the website or email.
  • Additional amounts may be added to your pot when you complete eligible offers or tasks on the site.
  • Your pot balance is displayed in the navigation bar and on the streak bar each time you visit.
  • Reward Pot balances have no cash value outside of the draw claim route described in section 10.3.
  • MyHappyStreet reserves the right to correct any errors in pot balances resulting from technical faults.

9.2 Streaks

  • Your streak increases by 1 each day you visit the site.
  • If you miss 3 consecutive days, your streak will decrease by 1 and your pot will reduce by the equivalent of one visit bonus at your current tier.
  • This decline repeats every 3 days you remain absent — there is no floor, and continued absence will reduce your streak and pot indefinitely.
  • Rewards cycle through 15 levels. Once you pass level 15, you continue to the next level but are shown offers from level 1 onwards again.

9.3 Claiming Your Reward Pot

  • Your accumulated Reward Pot can only be claimed when your street wins the MyHappyStreet weekly draw.
  • There is no alternative route to claim your pot balance.
  • When your street wins, your pot balance is added to the street prize and paid out in accordance with the standard prize draw terms.
  • If your street does not win in a given week, your pot balance carries over unchanged.
  • Only one Reward Pot per registered account. Duplicate accounts will be disqualified.

10.1 Main Draw and Lucky Street Draw

MyHappyStreet operates a main draw and a Lucky Street draw. Draw times may change from time to time, but in all cases each draw window is 24 hours. If a prize is not claimed within the 24-hour window, the participant forfeits any claim to that prize, and the main draw prize rolls over to the next day. The main draw continues to roll over daily until a winner claims the prize. When you register for MyHappyStreet, you will not be able to enter the draw currently running on the day of your registration. Instead, you will be entered into the next day's draw.

10.2 Other Draws

All other draws on the MyHappyStreet website are reset daily. Unlike the main draw, these prizes do not roll over and must be claimed within the specific timeframe provided for each draw. If unclaimed, the prizes are forfeited and do not carry over to the next draw.

10.3 MyHappyStreet Level Programme

The MyHappyStreet Level Programme gives members ongoing access to offers and tasks from Participating Retailers. Offers are presented across 15 reward levels that cycle continuously — once you complete level 15, the programme continues and you are presented with offers from level 1 again. There is no end point. Completing tasks may add amounts to your Reward Pot. When your street wins the draw and you claim your prize, your Reward Pot balance will be added to your winnings.

10.4 Prize Eligibility

The street prize and pop prize can only be claimed if you have completed at least one offer or freebie in the last 60 days.

MyHappyStreet may amend, suspend, replace, or permanently withdraw the cashback features or cashback programme available on MyHappyStreet at any time.

If cashback is removed from the main MyHappyStreet website, existing users who previously participated in cashback offers may be given access to a separate legacy cashback platform or website in order to complete ongoing offer activity, access pending cashback transactions, withdraw eligible cashback balances, and/or continue participation in cashback features for a limited transitional period.

Access to any legacy cashback platform may be restricted to existing eligible users only and may not be available to new users or new registrations.

MyHappyStreet reserves the right to:

  • stop offering new cashback opportunities,
  • limit cashback availability,
  • introduce alternative reward mechanisms,
  • impose withdrawal deadlines,
  • close inactive cashback accounts, and/or
  • permanently discontinue the cashback programme following reasonable notice to users.

Where cashback has already been validly earned in accordance with these Terms, MyHappyStreet will use reasonable efforts to honour eligible balances subject to fraud checks, advertiser validation, account verification, and compliance with these Terms.

Users will be notified of any material cashback programme changes via the website, email, or other reasonable communication methods.

Nothing in this section limits MyHappyStreet's right to modify the website, rewards structure, promotions, games, prize mechanics, or user experience at any time.

12.1 Data Sharing with Third-Party Partners

Some offers and tasks on MyHappyStreet are provided by third-party partners, including affiliate and voucher network providers. When you click on or complete one of these offers, information such as your name, email address, and transaction details may be shared with the relevant partner so that the offer can be fulfilled. Once your data has been passed to a third-party partner, that partner's own privacy policy governs how your data is used. MyHappyStreet is not responsible for the data practices of third-party partners.

12.2 MyHappyStreet Is Not Responsible for Third-Party Offers

Offers, vouchers, and tasks listed on MyHappyStreet are provided by third-party retailers and partners. MyHappyStreet does not guarantee the availability, validity, or acceptance of any third-party offer. If an offer is withdrawn, a voucher code is not accepted, or a task is rejected by the relevant retailer, MyHappyStreet accepts no liability. Any disputes regarding a specific offer should be taken up directly with the relevant partner or retailer.

12.3 Individual Offer Terms Apply

Each offer on MyHappyStreet is subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant third-party partner. These may include restrictions such as new customers only, minimum spend requirements, or time-limited availability. It is your responsibility to read and comply with the individual terms of each offer before completing a task. MyHappyStreet accepts no responsibility where a task is rejected because individual offer terms have not been met.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits MyHappyStreet's liability for personal injury or death arising from negligence or fraud. To the extent permitted by English law, MyHappyStreet excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions that may apply to the website or its content.

MyHappyStreet will not be liable for loss or damage caused by a virus, distributed denial-of-service attack, or other harmful material affecting your computer. It is your responsibility to configure your information technology and use your own virus protection software before accessing the website.

MyHappyStreet does not guarantee that the website will be secure or free from viruses or other malicious, harmful third-party software. You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programs, and platform in order to access the website. You should use your own virus protection software and install it before accessing the website.

These terms, their subject matter, and their formation are governed by English law. You agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from the use of MyHappyStreet.
